My son asked,what do I notice when I stand here mornings and evenings.I said, everything.There is an invite to be with all that is around and within but we often look far away,that moves us from the wonder that is in the present.So gather yourself, heart and cup, be here and watch the life unfold.I love to look at the buildings with compassion,the vehicles rushing by,the sounds of all kinds -the joy in being this with authentcity.
Without movement there is no stillness,without suffering what do we need hope for.So welcome the noise,chaos,sounds and rush and watch the stillness spring in everything.May we be happy!
