Welcome the Rain!

So happy it rained and we sat back to sip our green tea.
RAIN is an important Mindfulness practice,the acronym stands for Recognize,Allow or Accept, Investigate and Non-identify.When caught in a difficult situation,try not taking things too personally and invite RAIN.This really washes up the flared state of mind and help us watch with clarity and focus where we are.It is so important to welcome rain for all the reasons,right ?
